Embark on a transformative journey with our series of sound baths, each held under the Celtic moon. Drawing inspiration from ancient Celtic lore and the unique energies of trees, these experiences offer a blend of sound, nature, and tradition.
The Ivy, known as 'gort' in Celtic tradition, embodies the essence of growth, rebirth, and cooperation. This evergreen climber symbolises the enduring spirit of life and the interconnectedness of all things.
With its remarkable resilience, adaptability, and ability to thrive in diverse conditions, the Ivy serves as a powerful metaphor for life.
Gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums and other instruments will guide you into a relaxed, meditative state where you can access your theta consciousness. Here, profound insights can occur, and the body's natural healing systems activate.
Together, under the Ivy Moon, we'll create a space for self-discovery, raising our vibrations in harmony with nature.
Includes home-made raw, vegan, organic energy balls made with ceremonial grade cacao, to help bring you back to Earth.
Two sessions to choose from: 6pm & 8pm
“Another deeply relaxing and moving experience. It is my monthly gift to myself to take some time out and I’m so grateful to the team for providing such a welcoming and supportive space.”
Accessibility Information
We want everyone to feel comfortable during our sound bath. While many bring camping or yoga mats to lie on the floor, we understand this isn't accessible for everyone, especially those with chronic pain or mobility challenges.
As someone who lives with chronic pain, I recognise these barriers. Feel free to bring alternatives like a reclining beach chair, lounger, or whatever supports your body best. Regular chairs will also be available.
Please reach out with any accessibility concerns—we're committed to finding solutions that work for you.
