Celtic Tree Moon Sound Bath (11am & 1pm)

  • The Anglican Chapel at Arnos Vale Bath Road Bristol, BS4 3EW United Kingdom (map)

Embark on a transformative journey with our series of sound baths, each held under the Celtic moon. Drawing inspiration from ancient Celtic lore and the unique energies of trees, these experiences offer a blend of sound, nature, and tradition.

Under the Holly Moon, we will connect with our protective strength and inner balance. The Holly, known as Tinne in Celtic tradition, stands resilient through all seasons and symbolizes protection, balance, and directness. This period invites us to embrace our warrior spirit while maintaining harmony between opposing forces in our lives.

During this time, our ancestors honored the Holly's evergreen nature as a symbol of endurance through life's challenges. Revered as a tree of protection and strength, the Holly encourages us to stand firm in our truth, overcome obstacles, and find balance during the darker half of the year.

Gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums and other instruments will guide you into a relaxed, meditative state where you can access your theta consciousness. Here, profound insights can occur, and the body's natural healing systems activate.

Together, under the Holly Moon, we'll create a space for enhancing inner strength, protective energies, and finding balance in life's dualities, raising our vibrations in harmony with nature.

Includes home-made raw, vegan, organic energy balls made with ceremonial grade cacao, to help bring you back to Earth.

Two sessions to choose from: 11am and 1pm

Another deeply relaxing and moving experience. It is my monthly gift to myself to take some time out and I’m so grateful to the team for providing such a welcoming and supportive space.

Accessibility Information

We want everyone to feel comfortable during our sound bath. While many bring camping or yoga mats to lie on the floor, we understand this isn't accessible for everyone, especially those with chronic pain or mobility challenges.

As someone who lives with chronic pain, I recognise these barriers. Feel free to bring alternatives like a reclining beach chair, lounger, or whatever supports your body best. Regular chairs will also be available.

Please reach out with any accessibility concerns—we're committed to finding solutions that work for you.
