How to prepare for sound healing
Being mindful in anticipation of your sound therapy or sound bath will help you relax and prepare you for your own healing.
If it is possible, on the day of your sound session, spend it being gentle to yourself. I realise this is not always possible, as life can get in the way so I welcome you to come as you are. The sound usually gives you what you need in that moment!
Before the sound begins, I will guide you to ground you and come deeper into your body. But you will receive more from your journey, by taking a little time to prepare. Making a deliberate transition can really help with this!
