Sound and Community
Sound healing supports us to find balance and harmony in our own lives. Sound has also helped us form deep and loving connections with the people we have met on our journey. Having experienced this positive force in our personal lives, we are passionate about making sound healing accessible to our communities.
We have received criticism for holding donations-based events. One view is that such events do a disservice to the profession by threatening fair wages for all sound therapists.
We understand this.
Our time and energy is valuable. We have studied and trained; have much life experience, and also have our own survival needs.
We believe it’s about being balanced by setting fair limits and boundaries while giving back to the community.
This is why we will only hold donations-based events when we have the time and energy to do so.
Giving what you can or feel its worth to you, is very appreciated.
If you can only afford to pay £5, then only pay £5. If you think it's worth more and can afford it, this will only help all of us, as we will be able to continue with donation based sessions in the future.
