When a Circle or Ceremony does harm: Disappointing, Damaging, or Spiritual Abuse?

There is a difference between a circle that disappointed you, a ceremony that harmed you, and spiritual abuse. I learned the difference growing up inside religious abuse in Northern Ireland, then met it all over again in spiritual spaces.
