Sound therapist facilitating an embodied writing workshop for somatic healing

At our December workshop, we'll work with oracle-guided freewriting, a powerful way to boost intuition, creativity, and self-discovery. Therapeutic writing combined with oracle guidance and sound therapy is a powerful tool for personal transformation. It can help you to:

  • Gain clarity and insight into your life’s narrative and emotions

  • Organise your memories into a coherent and balanced story

  • Understand your motivations and character development

  • Express your inner truths and feelings

  • Heal from trauma and pain

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned writer, you’ll find a welcoming space for your voice in this workshop. You can join regularly or for the topics that interest you. Each session is a standalone experience, designed to fit your schedule and journey.

About Ruth

In my role as the volunteer editor for The Friends of Troopers Hill Newsletter, I help to bring our community together by celebrating local heroes and sharing our collective stories.

My passion for storytelling and community extends into my work as a trauma-informed therapist, where I create and hold spaces for healing and self-expression.

With a background in storytelling and sound therapy, I focus on nurturing each individual's journey, encouraging the discovery and sharing of personal insights in a safe space.

Together, we'll share, grow, and strengthen the bonds that make us a community.
