Honour love on St Valentine’s Day

A private, full sensory experience for couples and singles

A collaboration between Amy, (Reiki, Massage and Aromatherapist Practitioner) and Ruth, (Sound healing Practitioner)

Closely linked with our emotions, our senses help us heighten our connections with others and the world around us, making us feel more grounded and connected.

This 90 minute immersive experience will help you engage your senses, as well as open your heart and sacral chakras.

Sessions will take place in The Sound Room, St George. Exchange is £75 per person.

  • Throughout the treatment Amy may gently place her hands on your head, shoulders and arms to help you relax deeper with massage. If you would like to experience reflexology, Amy will focus on pressure points for grounding and the chakras at the end of the treatment.

  • Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, drums and wind instruments will be brought into play by Ruth, supporting you in reaching a deep meditative state.

  • This is a unique experience for each person and sensations felt can vary in each treatment. You may see colours and experience sensations such as tingling, warmth or coolness. You may even have new insights or perspectives.

  • In an oil burner we will use pure, natural essential oils in a blend that has been carefully selected to help open your chakras, as well as increase your emotional and physical well-being

  • To finish the session, ceremonial grade cacao will be provided to help bring you back to earth.

Open your Heart and Sacral Chakras to Love and Sensuality

You and your partner/friend/family member will be immersed in a symphony of relaxing and restorative sounds, touch, smells, tastes and sights that will raise your vibrations to the frequencies of love and sensuality.

Your Heart Chakra is the home of love, joy, kindness, compassion, generosity, and inner peace.

It’s how we connect to others.

Your Sacral Chakra fosters your sense of abundance, sexuality, sensuality and creativity.

It’s how we connect with the sensual within ourselves, as well as embrace the sensual in another.

Connect deeper with one another

I wanted to offer something special for couples on St Valentine’s Day.  So if you and your partner would like to experience a more harmonious energy, a deeper love connection, as well as even better communication; this intimate session can provide this.

I often roll my eyes at the mention of St Valentine’s Day due to its commercialisation, expectations and pressures.  Having to ‘prove’ my love for my partner with cards and flowers completely undermines the depth of feeling I actually have for them!

I prefer to think about what would truly nurture my partner and our relationship. Often it is a shared experience. This creates connection and moments of belonging, as well as opportunities to take our relationship to even greater levels of trust and intimacy.

Amy explains how it’s not just for couples

Nowadays, Valentine’s Day for me isn’t just about celebrating your love for your partner romantically but it’s a day of love for everyone.

It is a time to remind myself to practice self-love; my love and appreciation for this beautiful world we live in; and the love I have for the amazing people in my life.

This is the perfect experience to show yourself some love and share it with someone close to you, be it a family member or friend to deepen your connections with them, yourself, and the universe.

With so much unease in the world, it is empowering and refreshing to actively seek and embrace the love that is all around us.

The beauty and joy we experience from being connected to ourselves, this amazing world and all the beautiful souls in it, is a wonderful thing.

About Amy

Natural remedies and holistic therapies have always been a part of my life and I have seen and felt the benefits first hand. I have been practicing a form of Reiki since childhood. I became attuned and qualified in the traditional Usui method in 2012 and I can trace my lineage back to him.

Amy is really excellent - one of the best, if not the best, therapist who I’ve had treatment with! As someone who does a lot of exercise she has really helped me with tight shoulders, neck and back. The aromatherapy treatments are wonderful. Highly recommend. Thanks Amy!
